It is an amazing heater BUT the only fault with all of them is the lid, the attachments break off

This device has changed everything! The speed at which it heats and keeps the cartridges warm is great. I had used the cheaper single unit heaters and once they cool down a bit it takes too long for them to heat up again, making the clients waxing session longer and eating into my profits!
