Paraffin wax is a petroleum by-product created when crude oil is refined into gasoline. It is a white solid that is formed into 5kg slabs. It is the most commonly used wax for candle making.This is because it is an excellent material for storing heat which makes it the perfect wax to use when making candles. Paraffin is can be used in conjunction with essential oils to create fragrance candles to create a beautiful ambiance at home and special occasions.
